Returns

You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that or to exchange it for something else. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. If goods are damaged in transit please notify us immediately by telephoning our Customer Support Department in Gowan Home on +44 02 90235088. A customer advisor will be able to take your call Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.00pm.
